• The session fee is paid in advance to secure your chosen date.

• Upon booking a scheduled shoot, customers may cancel the request 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, and  a full-refund will be assessed. However, any cancelation that is less than 48 hours prior to the shoot  will be assessed a Cancellation Fee of 50% of total shoot value.

• Should the game be canceled ( whether before the game starts or after the game starts) you are compensated up to 50% of the scheduled shoot or the shoot can be transferred to another available date.

• Should the game end before  the allotted time there will be no refund for the remaining time.

• In the event the  start time changes of the game and we are unable to accommodate, a %50 cancelation fee will be assessed or the date is transferable to another available date.
